About Hudson Roastery
Hudson Roastery is a special place to enjoy a truly European cafe experience. All our coffees are roasted weekly in-house and all handcrafted beverages are made from our Signature beans which are also sold in store. Open 7 days a week at 7 a.m. we serve a chef inspired breakfast and lunch menu along with freshly baked croissants, muffins, cookies & cakes. We are a popular destination cafe especially on weekends but don’t offer public WiFi access, outlets due to limited seating. Come enjoy a great cup of coffee and bite to eat solo or with friends!

The vibe of the place was amazing! Tried their cappuccino, dubai chocolate latte, and coffee crumble cake. The cake was too dry. Could not even finish it.

I never thought I'd be able to go out early in the morning and get a good breakfast while on the road. Thankfully, I was proven wrong. Their baked pastries are freshly made, their drinks are brewed to perfection, and it was a store I never thought I needed, but I gladly accepted. I wanna go back so bad! :(

This is a great cafe and breakfast spot if you’re visiting Hudson. I really recommend their matcha latte and their egg sandwich with ham and cheese on sourdough bread. I also tried some of their pastry breads on display and I liked their spinach one. There are plenty of tables and seats if you want to dine-in.

Love the vibes in this store, the staff was very friendly and kind. I had an ice latte in light ice with regular milk. It was so good and I love how they took care of my order and provided a tire light ice latte just as I requested. This is definitely one of the best latte I’ve ever had and I will rerun one day to try others from their menu.

The cashier has the warmest, most welcoming smile 😊 Such a lovely café—great cortado, a delicious blueberry muffin, and a perfectly made corned beef Reuben on rye. Definitely a spot worth coming back to!
